At Calmara, we strive to make shipping seamless and returns hassle-free, so you can focus on enjoying your purchase. This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery expectations, tracking, order changes, and return guidelines. It complements your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in your member state). We ship to addresses in the European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and select international locations (including Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, and United Arab Emirates). All estimates are based on standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in your EU member state). Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or high-demand periods (e.g., sales, launches, or holidays). We're not responsible for such delays but will assist where possible.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak times, this may extend to 3 business days.
  • Dispatch Confirmation: You'll receive an email once your order ships, including tracking details.

  • Shipping Options:
    • DHL Economy (EU & International): €6.00—standard tracked delivery.
    • DHL Express (EU & International): Free—faster, fully tracked option.
    • DHL Insured (EU & International): €14.00—fully tracked and insured up to €500 for added security.
  • Customs & Duties: Orders to non-EU locations (e.g., UK, Switzerland, UAE) may incur additional taxes, duties, or fees from your local customs authority—these are your responsibility. We'll declare the correct value but cannot control or reimburse these charges. EU intra-community shipments are VAT-exempt where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email (check your spam folder if needed). Use it to monitor progress or your local carrier. If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us for support.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders swiftly to ensure quick delivery, so changes are limited:

  • Before Processing: Email info@calmara.com immediately (subject: "Cancel/Edit Order") with your order number, full name, and details of the change. If feasible, we'll confirm via reply.
  • After Processing: Once picked, packed, or shipped, cancellations or edits are not possible—orders become eligible for return upon receipt (see below).
  • Tip: Double-check shipping address, contact details, and selections at checkout to avoid issues.

Returns

For a full 30-day return window, pre-approval process, condition requirements, refunds, and our 2-year warranty, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Key highlights:

  • Return Address: All returns must be sent to: E-commerce Industrial Park Taibao Road, Humen, Dongguan 7401 Guangdong, CN (Include your RA number—provided upon approval—on the package.)
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect (we'll provide a prepaid label in those cases). Use a tracked service—we recommend DHL or your national postal service for EU returns.
  • Inspection & Refunds: Items are inspected upon arrival (5–7 business days post-shipment). Approved refunds process in 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used/hygiene-compromised wearables, personalized products, or items without original packaging (full exclusions in our Return & Refund Policy).
  • International Returns: At your expense, including any customs fees. Faulty items remain eligible under warranty.

Unauthorized returns (without RA approval) will not be accepted or refunded.
